About Sacred Circularities:
Sacred Circularities is an activation project by Jaguar Mary. I'm a hooper, filmmaker, nomadic artist from Washington, DC. When I got into hooping, I found an instant affinity between spiraling, dancing, and playing in the hoop and my spiritual practices. Sacred Circularities is about remembering our creativity and ability to live in joy. We're dancing in a hoop and we're deeply exploring an inner terrain that brings us happiness and propels our lives into super creative and awakened places. An immersion into the Alchemy of Birth, Releasing Our Own Birth Trauma, Conscious Conception, Blooming through Pregnancy, Co-Creative Birth, and Love Centered Families. The Emergence of Being is an alchemical birth circle workshop integrating Traditional Healing Arts, Shamanic Midwifery, the Wisdom of Indigenous Cultures, the Science of Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, Self Healing, Birth Guardian Empowerment, and an Exploration of Sound and Water Healing for Womb Clearing.

The Circle of Birth is open to men, women, and teenagers who are interested in co-creating a peaceful humanity on the Earth. This workshop will activate birth professionals to upgrade their work in alignment with the divine blueprint of conscious birthing, for aspiring birth advocates and attendants it is the first step for certification as a Circle of Birth Doula, and excellent for pregnant couples, couples intending to consciously conceive, health care professionals, educators, and all who were born.

Learn safe, gentle, time-honored techniques to support mothers and babies during labor with massage, energy healing, acupressure, craniosacral, hydrotherapy, toning, heart-centered meditation, and the Mexican rebozo shawl massage techiques. Excellent class for birth doulas, midwives, childbirth educators, nurses, yoga teachers, massage therapists, expecting couples, and more. Pregnant women and their birth partners are invited to attend together.

Join KaRa & Jahsah in exploring the mystery of birth, and transform yourself and your community through a deeper understanding of the awareness of babies and how to hold the circle for highly aware babies to be born gently, safely, and with love. Explore your own birth consciousness through meditation, movement, bodywork, rebozo, vibrational healing, and the sacred sounds of drums, crystal bowls, and sound healing alchemical instruments. Deepen your knowledge of how to hold a sacred circle for the baby, mother, and father to experience an undisturbed conscious ecstatic birth. This workshop is excellent for all to join the Circle of Birth and illuminate the conscious birthing evolution with science, wisdom, healing arts, and intuition!

Hoop Alchemy - Space-Time Cirque with KaRa and Jahsah

The hoop is an alchemical tool for transforming your body, mind, heart, and soul. This fusion hoop-dance-yoga class is inspired by the spinning and spiraling motions of all life from our atoms and living water to the planets and stars. We will explore spinning, spiraling, rhythm, patterns, and movements through space and time with our hoop, embodying the universal movements of life. Through dance, yoga, meditation, sacred geometry, and sound alchemy we can transcend limits and experience bliss through devotion in motion in the hoop flow. As we dance, stretch, and play with the hoop we create a moving mandala centering and balancing the flow of energy and light through our body and heart field. Aligning our dance and intention with the universal dance we are able to take our hoop practice to the next level. Kara will lead you through a deepening movement meditation while Jahsah harmonizes you through the circling and rhythmic sounds of didgeridoo, wing, drums, crystal bowls, and conscious DJ-ing. You will journey within the hoop to realms of movement consciousness that are ecstatic and freeing, harmonizing you with resonating frequencies inspired by the cosmic dance.
