When I first came to Eden I just wanted to relax and I did not even think about receiving any therapy other than that of the land and the hot spring water. Then I saw you two at the pool lovingly caring for others and I remembered that my son Leo has had teeth grinding at night for a long time. I thought cranial therapy might help.
At first Leo was reluctant about going to “fix” his grinding because I referred to you as “doctors” and I told Leo that you are going to heal his teeth grinding. When we arrived KaRa told me that I could stay with Leo to make him feel more comfortable. Jahsah then let Leo play with the different musical instruments. This gave Leo as well as me a soothing feeling and we relaxed while KaRa and Jahsah both worked with Leo. It was playing and healing all rolled into one. I was amazed to find that just after one session his grinding was gone.

I loved my 8 1/2 month pregnant aquatic craniosacral session with KaRa! My belly was definitely on the smaller side before but after the session it seemed to have popped out, and even my midwife commented on it the next week! I had been having intense rib pain that prevented me from moving very much, breathing deeply or sleeping comfortably and that also went away after the craniosacral session. I'm think the baby had more room to move around and switched positions to be more comfortable. And she enjoyed the session too!
